Mindful Breathing For Palliative Care

A 5-minute Mindful Breathing is more effective in reducing distress compared to just been listened to for 5 minutes, a pilot study led by Dr. Tan Seng Beng among palliative care patients and caregivers in University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) shows.
